Programming
  • Secure Reservation Request Form: This will allow a guest to make a secure reservation request. This will allow us to capture email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses. We will use the email to send out future rates, discounts and newsletters. This database will allow the reservation department to login into the database to gather the reservation request. When a guest has made a reservation request, an email will be sent to that guest to insure that someone will contact them within the next 24 hours.
  • Rates Email Capturing: This page will be the first of the rates section and will ask for your email address before you can see the rates. This is programmed with cookies. Once a guest has entered his or her email address they will not be required to enter their email again. These emails will allow us to invite these guests back to the facility with current specials.
  • Vacation Database: This allows a guest to enter a vacation drawing. The emails are then put into a database and will allow us to send out current specials or rates to these guests.
  • Check-In Email Capturing: This database is created for your reservation department. When a guest checks-in at The Lake George Resorts you will want to get their email address. You will then enter the email into the database.
  • Email Form: Spam protection for your email.
  • Refer to Friend: Allows individuals to refer your website to friends and family members. This is also available with e-postcards / Newsletters.
